Terms of Service

The software is published by nextjs-mcp-architecture, trading as nextjs-mcp-architecture, İstanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and as reseller of this product. Your order, invoice and any tax on it are handled by them; their buyer terms apply to the transaction itself. These terms govern your use of the software.

nextjs-mcp-architecture is a Model Context Protocol server that runs on your own machine. It reads the files of a project you point it at, builds a local index, and answers structural questions about that project. It does not modify your code and it is not a hosted service.

The package is source-available and commercially licensed. It is not open source. The licence text shipped with the package is the authoritative grant; these terms sit alongside it and do not widen it.

The free features are licensed to you perpetually, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusively, for any purpose including commercial use, on as many machines as you like. Cancelling a subscription does not take them away.

The paid features are licensed for as long as your subscription is current. A licence follows the person, not the machine: one subscription covers the machines you personally work on. A team needs one subscription per developer.

• Circumvent, disable or tamper with licence verification, or use paid features without a valid licence key.
• Share, resell, sublicense or publish a licence key or a private-registry token issued to you.
• Redistribute or republish the software, in whole or in substantial part, as a competing product or a hosted service.
• Remove or obscure a copyright, licence or attribution notice.

Reading the source, debugging against it and modifying it for your own internal use are expressly permitted.

An account exists only to hold your subscription and issue your licence key; the free tier needs none. There is no password: we email a single-use sign-in link. Anyone who can read that mailbox can reach the account, so keep it secure and tell us if it is compromised.

Paid tiers are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose at checkout, and renew automatically on the same cycle until cancelled. A yearly subscription is charged once for twelve months at the price shown, which is lower than twelve monthly charges. Prices are shown in US dollars; tax is added at checkout where it applies and is collected and remitted by the merchant of record.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access short. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you may cancel before then.

A licence key is valid for seven days and renews itself quietly in the background, with a further seven-day grace period so a failed renewal never interrupts you mid-task. This is also why cancellation is not instant: paid features stop working within about a week of the subscription ending, not the same second.

When they stop, the free tier carries on with the same index. Nothing is deleted from your machine and no project has to be re-indexed.

We add and improve tools over time. We will not remove a tool from a tier you are paying for, or move an existing free tool behind a paywall, without telling subscribers by email at least 30 days beforehand. Fixes, performance work and new tools ship without notice.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

It infers conventions statistically from your own code and reports how confident it is. It can be wrong. It is a tool for finding things faster, not a substitute for review: you remain responsible for the code you ship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You may stop using the software at any time. We may suspend or end a paid licence if section 4 is breached — in that case the free grant survives, unless the breach was circumventing licence verification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

We will post a new version here with a new date. If a change materially reduces what you get, subscribers are told by email at least 30 days in advance and may cancel before it takes effect.
